How to Update Your Contact Information
1. Login to MY ACCOUNT using your email address and password. 2. Click “Contact Information” on the left side. 3. On the Contact Information page, click “Edit” below your information. 4. Enter your updated information. For security reasons, you won’t be able to change the name on your account online. Please contact our Customer Satisfaction Department for help. 5. Please take a moment to make sure the new information is correct, and click “Submit.” If you’d like to start over, click “Cancel.” 6. If you updated your email address, you’ll receive a confirmation email in a few minutes. Please click the link in the email to confirm the change. Other changes will be updated automatically. |
