A Pet Parent Asks:
After I submit a claim, how soon can I expect my reimbursement?

ASPCA Pet Health Insurance Answers:
Claims are processed within 30 days of us receiving all information necessary to evaluate the claim.

While we make every effort to process claims as quickly as possible, claim turnaround times can fluctuate based on the number of claims we receive. We review every claim carefully, and we may require additional information, such as medical records.

You can track the status of your claims easily online at our free Member Center. Click here to get started!
