“My 17-year-old cat Cookie stopped eating and was lethargic, so I was frantic to get her to the veterinarian. Since Cookie is not very active, I decided to let her in my car without a carrier. When we got to the veterinarian, I put my foot on the brake and she let out an awful yowl. I realized that her tail had been on the brake. The veterinarian ended up doing blood work for her lethargy and X-rays for her tail. Luckily, Cookie’s tail was OK. The bill was almost $1,000 and I was thankful for the help I received from her ASPCA Pet Health Insurance plan.”

“While on vacation, I noticed a beautiful, silky plant growing all around. Just as I turned to ask ‘Are these foxtails?’ our little dog Amelia began sneezing furiously. We contacted the local vet, and she said to bring Amelia right in. They probed for the foxtail, but unfortunately couldn't get it out. We were referred to another veterinarian to do the task, and we had to pay the bill for both doctors. If I didn't have ASPCA Pet Health Insurance, we would be out almost $1,000. Having this insurance has made it possible to take care of our little Amelia the way she should be taken care of.”
