Pet Insurance Customer Pets I would highly recommend insuring your pet. It's peace of mind.

Barbara P. - Cedar Grove, NJ

I had been thinking about getting pet insurance, for some time. I have 2 dogs and the cost of veterinary care has gone up tremendously. So I decided, it was worth trying out. Lucky for all of us I did. A month after signing up both my dogs, they decided to help themselves to an unopened large box of chocolate covered liqueurs.

They had more than 5 times the amount safe for dogs. Fortunately, I came home as they were in the act, as getting treatment as soon as possible was critical. After rushing them to the doctor, and then having to transport them for an overnight stay at the emergency clinic for more treatment, I don't have to tell you how astronomical the fees were for both dogs.

I was so thankful for these amazing doctors who saved their young lives. And, then I was thankful that I had made the choice to insure them. I was pleased with the money I have gotten back and the insurance has paid it self over and over already, with just this one incident.

I think all animals should be insured, so that they can be treated when needed, and some of that burden can be taken off the owners, knowing there is some financial help on the way. I would highly recommend insuring your pet. It's peace of mind.

To receive financial and spiritual help all in one day was wonderful.

It's difficult to find the right words to express my appreciation to ASPCA Pet Health Insurance for the support I received in connection with the passing of Abby. Three days before my husband died (which was exactly 18 months before Abby) he said to me “Mom, it's going to be just you and Abby.” He and Abby spent many happy hours playing “sticks”. She could carry eight at once and she really thought she was something! I hope they have sticks in heaven!

The check arrived the same day as your card. To receive financial and spiritual help all in one day was wonderful.

My family presented me with a 4-month-old MinPin for Christmas. She's very sweet and we are going to puppy training classes – but there will NEVER be another Abby.

Thank you so much.

Getting animal insurance is a wonderful thing because you never know when you'll need it.

You have to have coverage no matter what, because you never know when a dog or a cat might run out on the spur of the moment. They can very easily look the wrong way and before you know it, it's over.

Getting animal insurance is a wonderful thing because you never know when you'll need it. You wouldn't think that an indoor cat would need insurance coverage, but you know something, it's like having a child. And you get the child covered, and it's the right thing, the only thing, the correct thing to do.

At the end of the day, you sleep better at night, when you know that your little guy - in this case it was my little guy! - is protected.

We have two pets insured with you – an older cat and a dog who was unable to be covered by regular insurance because he had a pre-existing condition. Nobody wanted to touch him, but your insurance had an option for accident only

Last March, my dog, who is 110 lbs. big, was playing upstairs and broke his leg in a million pieces. So we took him to the vet, and needless to say it was a very expensive broken leg. It was like $4,600, which is a big chunk of money! We had my vet give all of the forms and all of the paperwork associated with his care, and submitted it. Then there was all of the after care, which was another $700. I packaged that up and mailed that in and I got more money back on that too so I was really pleased.

I feel much better now that

I'm sending you the picture of my cute Cocker Spaniel (C.C. for short) as I promised you I would when I signed C.C. up for ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. You can put it up in your office so you and your co-workers can see how happy and pretty C.C. is.

This is her Christmas picture taken with Santa in 2005. Hope you enjoy the picture. I feel much better now that C.C. is enrolled in the Primary Health Plan but I hope we never have to use it.
