Dogs possess such zest for life – just one of their many endearing qualities. They get carried away in their excitement and like to throw caution to the wind, often eating things that aren’t meant to be eaten and running full-speed ahead into hazardous territory. And like us, our happy-go-lucky friends are sometimes so unlucky as to catch the flu bug. They may have hereditary conditions like us humans too.
ASPCA Pet Health Insurance’s Complete CoverageSM has the protection your dog needs when they’re hurt or sick.
We also offer Accident-Only Coverage in case you’re just looking to have some cushion if your dog gets hurt.
For a little more per month, you can add coverage to your plan for things that help protect your dog from getting sick, like vaccines, dental cleanings, and screenings.
Our dog insurance plans have coverage for the most advanced treatments, like chemotherapy and surgery, and some you may not expect, such as stem cell therapy and acupuncture.
A Tail for Further Example
One monotonous day, Milo decided to steal a chocolatey treat off the kitchen table. The vet bill for his toxic ingestion was $1,330. After meeting their annual deductible of $250, Milo’s parents received $972, based on their reimbursement percentage of 90%.
Not long after, Milo had a case of kidney stones. Charges for the diagnosis and meds totaled $5,000. Since they already met their deductible, Milo’s parents got $4,500 back for their claim.
When he was better and back in action, Milo finally took the dog next door up on a challenge to clear the 5-foot fence between them. The outcome? Fence - 1, Milo - 0, Vet - $2,000. Fortunately, Milo’s parents were able to be reimbursed $1,800, and their lovable pup was healed as fast as a Greyhound can dash across the yard.
Note: This is a fictional story based on treatment costs from common claims. The story is meant to demonstrate how reimbursement works with Complete CoverageSM.
It is difficult to describe the level of service and the comfort I receive from everyone at this company. Regardless of whoever you speak to, they are kind and compassionate. My Shadowbear is an older dog and we have had the insurance since she was a puppy. Now she is starting to have the issues an older dog normally goes through but having the insurance gives me piece of mind. Like most dog owners I will do what ever is necessary to keep her happy and healthy. But it's nice to know I made a smart decision to purchase the insurance when I did.
A huge shout out and thanks to ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. They are phenomenal and have helped me out with my pup time and time again. I strongly recommend them. They help keep Chippy nice and healthy.
Thanks to @ASPCAPetIns for paying the max allowed for Miko's surgery. She's healing, and so is my bank account.
